I have used various nasal tapes over the years. Pneuma is my favorite! They just hold up much longer and are much more durable than the others. I like the fabric they are made from too. They hold the nasal passage open evenly on each side. I run a lot and they hold up under heavy perspiration!! Great tapes and will definitely purchase again!!
I don’t realize I could convert from being a night time mouth breather until these strips. I notice when I use them I wake up the next day feeling more rested and do not hit that mid day slump as often.
As someone that has a deviated septum, rhese really help me breathe better not just during cardio (Peloton bike) but also when lifting. I also have the sleep and “lite” versions and they work perfectly. There is something about the performance tape that just keeps peeling off my nose. This tape is new to me though so I’ll stick with it and see if it improves.

Cannot workout without these now! These strips are life changing. I feel like I am getting a straight shot of oxygen directly to my brain when working out or hiking, especially great when you live at altitude. These are amazing! I go to sleep with them on and they are still perfectly intact when I wake up in the mornings, I wake up feeling so refreshed because I’ve been able to breath better since wearing them! I do also use them on my runs and they stay in place which is great!!

Pneuma nose strips have been great!! I can tell a big difference in airflow with the nose strips not only at night but also during my workouts. These things really do open up your nasal passage and allow more air flow.
I slept with the tape and it was a bit itchy, additionally it separated from my skin multiple times during the night, I didn’t use the wipes thought so probably have to use them next time. I was impressed by how quickly I can breathe better when I wear it.

My favorite running item of this year! 10000/10 @pneumanasaltape Ware it until miles 13.1 before the sun comes up. I got my fastest PR 1.48 of half marathon at Maui marathon. Sadly, I started to have a funny tan line on my nose after the sunrise around miles 16 so I had to take it off. Next time I’ll put a lot of Sunscreen when I wear it on a run.

This is by far the best mouth tape I have tried. When I first started mouth taping I was using a much stronger tape that would hurt every time I removed it. This mouth tape however is soft but strong. I've tried so many different ones, this one is scent free, and easy to remove. I would highly recommend this mouth tape. It's worth the money!
These are great! I think these are great for beginners because of the straw-sipper hole. If someone is scared to try mouth tape, this gives them comfort because they can still get air in. Having said that, that is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I would catch myself breathing through my mouth through the small hole. Now, for clarity, I bought these for the straw hole and love that, but I am going back to full coverage to ensure I don't breathe through my mouth.

The company is great! The strips are great. The hole is nice for sipping water at night and letting air out if I need to cough or sneeze. It does allow me to breathe out of my mouth at night instead of just through my nose. I don't know the solution because I love the hole for the reasons listed above.
