DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 21 days of delivery with:
✔ A clear photo of the packaging (showing tracking number)
✔ A photo of the product issue
We’ll get back to you ASAP with options for a replacement or full refund. If the item is in stock, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Most financial institutions process refunds within 3-5 business days, but it may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We cover product refunds in full, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
