• We are upgrading to a larger warehouse this year to improve delivery times to 3-5 days.

• Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any shipping issues should be addressed with the carrier directly.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before fulfillment.

4. Returns and Refunds

• We stand by our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days for a full refund.

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
